Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery Times SISU Shop ships worldwide. Orders are fulfilled via our dropshipping partner Zendrop and shipped from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 10–20 business days
- Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs clearance
Order Tracking Most orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages We do our best to ensure timely delivery. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at kaptenjensen@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter with our fulfillment partner. EU customers retain their statutory rights under EU consumer law.
